#######################################################################

NOTE: This ReadMe provides information for PowerConnect 5324 v2.0.0.40 firmware

NOTE: When software version 2.0.0.40 is downloaded to the PowerConnect 5324,
please make sure you also download the new boot code version 1.0.2.2. Failure to
download the new boot code results in the system rebooting continuously. This will
require an XMODEM download of the previous version of software (5324-10047.ros)
using XMODEM and the Startup Menu to recover.
